Shipping & Returns

Delivery Costs can only send products to countries which allow delivery insurance. The delivery and insurance charges are bared by the customers. If the country you wish to send the products does not allow delivery insurance, then the website will not allow you to complete your order. In this case, please contact us and we shall investigate alternative ways of sending you the products. The delivery and insurance costs are shown in the table below:

These prices are valid for up to 10 items. If you require more than 10 items, please contact us so we can find the best way of helping you.

Delivery Timeframes

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 days from money clearance. If you have ordered a ring which needs resizing, then add two working days to the delivery time. If the item you have ordered is a special order one, then you should add two weeks to the delivery time. As our products are handmade, it would be very difficult to produce them in less time. In any case, you can check your order status on line, by logging into your account. The delivery time depends on the country the products are being delivered to. As an indication to delivery times, please see the table below. Delivery times may be longer close to Christmas and Easter holidays, due to workload at the post office.

International shipment ships to many countries around the world. There are some countries not currently included in our list, for a variety of reasons. We appreciate your interest in and we are sorry for the inconvenience. If this is the case, please contact us so we could look for alternative ways of shipping.

Your order could possibly be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay to do not include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is also possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

We can gift wrap the products you ordered and write a text of your preference on the card free of charge. Total or partial cancellation of your order

If you wish to cancel an order you have to e-mail us on or send us a fax on (0030) 27520 25277. You can cancel an order up until the order is ready for dispatch. There is only one exception to this, the special order products. If you wish to cancel the order of a special order product, you should contact us as soon as possible and let us know, so we can contact the workshop and ask if a cancellation would be possible or not. You can check your order status on line. After dispatch, order cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy does not accept returns, this is why you should be very careful when placing your order. For rings, please consult the ring size conversion tables.
